I did the trail running holiday for a week and can say that pretty much everything was amazing and exceeded my expectations - Sarah and Steve's hospitality, the accomodation, the food (can recommend the picnic lunches!), the landscape and trails, and of course the training. I felt that Sarah really understood my goals as well as my challenges as a runner and gave me a plethora of insights and advice on training, nutrition and recovery, that I can use in my day-to-day life. It was all very tailored to my personal needs, which is why I have no doubt that any runner will enjoy this holiday immensely, no matter what level of experience! Although we did a lot of running every day, it never got boring because of the sheer variety of trails, and I left the training week feeling strong, fit and motivated.
