Welcome to Ultra Trail Spain! We are delighted to offer you exceptional running holidays and performance running camps in the stunning landscapes of Andalusia, Spain.

BOOKING POLICY

To secure your running package and accommodation, a deposit of 15% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. For our Christmas Running Holiday, a deposit of €200 is necessary. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to your travel date.

We prioritise your security and convenience, offering the following secure payment options for your deposit:

Credit/Debit Card: We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Please note that you do not need to create a Stripe account to complete your payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By registering for the Ultra Trail Spain running holiday event, you have agreed to comply with the Terms & Conditions. To clarify, we have summarized our client cancellation terms below. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel your participation, and we want you to be aware of what to expect. Please note that we strongly recommend you purchase personal cancellation insurance in case you are unable to attend due to injury or illness. Entries cannot be transferred or resold. In all cases, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations More Than 60 Days Before the Trip: You will receive a voucher for 50% of the total amount paid.
Cancellations Between 30 and 60 Days Before the Trip: You will receive a voucher for 40% of the total amount paid.
Cancellations Between 14 and 30 Days Before the Trip: You will receive a voucher for 30% of the total amount paid.
Cancellations Less Than 14 Days Before the Trip: You will receive a voucher for 20% of the total amount paid.

Please Note:

If you cancel your participation, you will forfeit all monies paid, but will be offered a voucher (see above).
Vouchers are non-transferable, and new bookings are subject to availability. Additionally, vouchers are redeemable within 12 months.
Important: Bookings made using a voucher are non-refundable and will not be eligible for another voucher in case of cancellation.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

At Ultra Trail Spain, your safety and wellbeing are our top priorities. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness resulting from any careless, reckless, or negligent actions you may undertake. We strongly advise you to adhere to the safety instructions provided by our staff.

By registering for a running holiday or training camp, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition and do not have any medical contraindications that would prevent you from participating in running activities. You will be required to complete a medical evaluation in your assessment form prior to your arrival. Please notify Ultra Trail Spain of any changes to your health status. Additionally, you will need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire upon arrival.

While running is generally considered a safe outdoor activity, there are inherent risks, such as tripping or falling. Therefore, we ask you to sign a liability waiver upon arrival and to arrange for adequate travel and medical insurance. By registering for an Ultra Trail Spain holiday or training camp, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

HEALTH INSURANCE

It is essential that you have insurance that covers the activities you will undertake during your holiday. You are required to purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses related to trail running while abroad. For EU citizens, it is advisable to carry your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) with you.

ITINERARY CHANGES

Ultra Trail Spain reserves the right to modify programmes and itineraries due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, in order to ensure the safety of participants and staff. We accept no responsibility for losses or expenses incurred due to delays, changes in flights, or other services resulting from circumstances outside our control.

OUR INSURANCE

Ultra Trail Spain holds comprehensive liability insurance and operates in accordance with the terms of this policy.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Ultra Trail Spain, we take your privacy seriously. We will never sell or distribute any information, personal or otherwise, that you provide to us. At the beginning of your running holiday or training camp, we will seek your permission to use any images and digital media captured during the programme for future marketing and promotional purposes, including posting on social media.
